WHAT WE BELIEVE

I believe in God, the Father Almighty; His Son Jesus, the Word made flesh, my Redeemer and Friend; the Holy Spirit, my Comforter, my teacher, my strength, my guide, and intercessor

I believe in the Trinity–God is three in one

I believe that God created everything that was made in six days and rested on the seventh

I believe that Jesus was prophesied in ages past and born of a virgin

I believe Jesus was crucified for my sin and took my punishment so I can have a relationship with God

I believe Jesus rose on the third day

I believe in the authority of the Scriptures and the inspired word of God

I believe God is good and faithful…always

I believe God heals and works miracles today…right now

I believe God is crazy about every single person and wants to have a personal relationship with us

I believe prayer is talking to God and hearing His voice

I believe praying changes situations and people

I believe we have an enemy, and it is not the person next to us

I believe God is just, and He will make all things right in the end

I believe God is coming back again for His children

I believe God still speaks today through His Word, through other people, through circumstances, through songs, through creation, through dreams and visions, through the quiet voice of the Holy Spirit, through stories

I believe that we look the most like Jesus when we are giving, serving, and loving

I believe if you want to know what God is like, then study the life and words of Jesus

I believe that worship reveals God’s heart and shifts circumstances

I believe that I don’t have to understand everything to follow Jesus

I believe there is so much more that I need to learn about Jesus and His kingdom
